Chief of Business Development
Born and bred in New York City, Ashley Rudolph brings market research, consumer research, retail, and branding experience from various companies: Alloy Media & Marketing, AMP Agency, The Knot, Inc., and Fremantle Media to D.R.E.A.M. At Babson College (as an undergraduate and a graduate student), she honed her business skills in courses like brand management, business marketing, social entrepreneurship, and most importantly, global entrepreneurship.
Ashley earned her Master of Science in Management (concentration in Global Entrepreneurship) at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, in partnership with EMLYON Business School and Zhejiang University, and is proud to be one of 65 people in the world to hold this unique degree. She overcame various language and cultural barriers while working on highly diverse multinational consulting teams to conduct, analyze, and transform market research into strategic recommendations and implementation plans for top-level executives at three start-up companies: Technosens (Lyon, France), Alephan Group (Hangzhou, China), and Olea Medical (Boston, MA). While studying in Lyon, France and Hangzhou, China, Ashley had the opportunity to indulge her passion for travel, visiting multiple cities in Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.
Ashley is also an alumna of the first cohort of Goldman Sachs Scholars, I-LEAD program (now Liberty LEADS). Because her passion for entrepreneurship extends into the non-profit industry, she is continually building a network of contacts, in her quest to bring D.R.E.A.M's goals to fruition.
