Femi Faoye is a passionate financial literacy advocate and leading personal finance expert.  Femi is a native of Brooklyn, NY and has witnessed, first-hand, the crippling effects of financial illiteracy in communities where a lack of financial knowledge is prevalent among community members.

Femi’s nonprofit involvement includes sitting on the Advisory Board for the Liberty LEADS program at Bank Street College (formerly known as I-LEAD), a non-profit based in New York City, that prepares underrepresented students for admission into higher education. He also serves as a mentor to first-generation college students through New York Needs You, providing professional and academic support to the next generation of leaders.

Femi holds an MBA from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
